New life
i'm now almost a college graduate. i have found that 4 years in college turns my stomach to think that it has changed me in so many unnoticeable ways. i'm still megan... but i feel different... i feel fresh and scared. i have all of this knowledge but no one but me cares. i feel like i'm changing (which i am) from day to day and everyday i meet someone new i grow a little bit.
i'm graduating. lee said i would be in this boat. there is a point where i am excited, i'm scared, i'm frantic. what do i feel? what will i feel? i'm going home will it go back to how it was when i was in high school? i sure hope not. like i said i've changed.
i've been taking pictures and it has been making me question reality a little bit. i can't wait to meet new people back home. i will miss the people here though. i will also miss my freedom that comes along with santa cruz.

this weekend was really nice on friday i was glad that school was over. i had a midterm in italian and i think it totally kicked my ass. once that was over my day didn't seem as bad.
my weekend-
- i got a new paif of shoes
- i saw tiffany at bath and body works and had coffee with her on her break.
- i got alias season 4 (finally)
- i watching infernal affairs with the gang and we all enjoyed it
- i felt kind of crappy all weekend (dizzy... lightheaded... tired... lazy....)and i'm kind of unsure why
- DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME.... best time of the year i swear. i called my mom and wished her a happy daylight savings time day and she was just as happy as i was ALSO i woke up this morning and it was light out
- me and frankie made crab rangoon. they turned out alright a little fishy for my tastes but there is always next time to try a different recipie
i don't really know what else to say. i'm really tired... and i'm really bored.... so i'm just totally blabbing.

buon giorno!
so last night me and my housemate lee figured out the details of our holloween get together/ party whatever you want to call it. i'm really looking forward to it because i've never actually planned anything like this before and it should be a lot of fun. i'm just hoping that my friends and lee's friends click well. we shall find out! anywho i need help figuring out what i want to be for holloween. this year i figured i would be adventerous and not be a cat... too predictable i suppose..... me and lee have come to the conclusion that i should be sydney bristow... for any of you who don't know who that is... your loss! haha it seems fitting i'm just unsure if people will know who i am. any other ideas?
school this year is good. i'm still working on doing better than last year. i'm in the libaray now because i have an hour and a half break before my next class. i should be doing italian homework but i think i'll wait for my next break. as for relationship stuff sure there has been drama and there has been that deadly pit feeling in my stomach but aside from that i'm good in that area. i'm really enjoying living off campus i think it's a ton of fun. i couldn't ask for a better housemate. we have yet to do the bonfire thing which i really would like to do but i know sometime in the future it will get done.

so this teacher... i thought she was a really good teacher. apperantly she is tooooooo busy for her students so she takes 800 years to get back to me and have me take my final... okay so i take the final and everything is okay. whatever... i get an e-mail this morning saying that she has no record of me ever going to sections or doing my big final project which pretty much screws me in the class. i did my final project and i also turned it in early. i thought i was doing a good gesture when i turned it in early but my friggin ta was so irresponsible and had no idea what he was doing. i took all of the quizzes that marked my attendence she SHOULD have records of me somewhere!! ugh i am sooo mad right now i'm trying to study for my finals that are this week and i can't even do that. seriously this class has been teh biggest pain in the butt ever. stupid hospital... stupid ta.. and stupid teacher! bleh

it's like wayyyy past my bedtime and i'm sooo tired but i just can't sleep. i have this really shitty feeling right now and it just won't go away. it's a feeling of dread and tiredness and doubt. bleh i go back to santa cruz tomorrow and i've packed a ton of crap that i'm not going to want to unpack when i get there. grey's anatomy is on tomorrow also... something to look foward to. i got season 5 of six feet under today... so pretty oh and i got a b in my astro class that i thought for sure i would fail.

So the past weeks have been kind of a blur. i got a call from my doctor while i was in yoga class on monday saying that i needed to go into the doctor right away to get more tests done because the blood samples they took from me the previous week were irregular. this creeped me out. i went to the hospital and they did a bunch of body scans and all this stuff with big machines. i got to inhale gas and see my lungs on screen. that was pretty interesting. anyways it turned up that i had a pulminary embilism (sp) in other words i had a blood clot in my lungs. this creeped me out even more to the point where i went on one of those nonstop crying binges where whenever you go to talk you can't really talk because all you do is blurt out crying. after about 4 hours of sitting in the lab talking to my parents/other doctors on the phone, the nicest receptionist at the lab took me up where i needed to go to check in because they were going to admit me to the hospital. she knew i was scared and she said that she had a daughter my age that would be clueless about what to do like i was. my parents showed up around 8:30pm and my mom stayed with me from monday until sat. when i was released. that week was such a complete blur. for just the first two days i really didn't want to talk about my problem because of t hat spontainious crying thing but then after that i just mad whenever my mom would call someone and talk to them about it because i was so sick of hearing about it. the doctor we had was reallllyyy nice but he was so boring haha me and my mom both made fun of him after he left. that was a high point. by the end of the week lee and frankie had both come to see me and i was feeling a lot better because i could actually leave my room. lee brought me a bunch of clothes which was a total life saver because i didn't really think to pack undies on my way to yoga. frankie came on sat. and brought me and my mom REAL food. OH YEA.... i had the best hot dog while i was in there.... after 4 days of hospital food.... my mom went to 711 because the deli next door was closed and bought me a hotdog... it was friggin amazing! anywaysss that's the short version of my story.... i'll be on meds for the next 6 months to help thin out my blood and whatnot so no car accidents for me :)

bleh my aim doesn't work... this sucks. BOOOOO anywho... i've been reading a lot lately.... now i'm reading the chronicles of narnia which i'm liking so far although i'm not to far in yet. i read rent girl before this and i really enjoyed that... good artwork and just a quirky read.
my bonsai is growing and yours isn't! ha!
i hate the enrollment system here at school. my next quarter classes are going to suck royally.! booo
